Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • All returns will automatically be issued store credit, which can be used to repurchase an alternative item or the same item in a different size.

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or final sale items.

  • Customers who receive an incorrect item or products with a manufacturing fault will be eligible for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Returns for unclaimed or rejected custom fees, missed delivery, or incorrect addresses will be issued store credit (less shipping fees) once confirmed returned by the carrier. Refunds are not provided for these returns.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
