Shipping FAQs
1. Where does Zayene ship to?
We currently ship to the following region:

United Kingdom– Free shipping on all orders.
2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and region.

Orders to the United Kingdom qualify for free shipping.
3. How long does delivery take?

United Kingdom: Estimated delivery is3-5 business days (Mon-Fri).

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) from the time of purchase.

Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays).
4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Use the unique tracking code to monitor your package online.

Please allow up to 48 hours (Monday to Friday)for tracking updates after dispatch.

5. Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

Customers may be responsible for duties and taxes when importing products into their country.

Zayene does not collect or manage these charges and cannot predict which orders will incur fees.

If a parcel is unclaimed or duties/taxes are refused, it may be returned or disposed of. Return costs incurred will be deducted from any store credit issued.
6. What happens if I order a pre-order item?

If an in-stock item is purchased with a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
7. What if I enter an incorrect shipping address?

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Zayene is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. What should I do if my package is lost or undelivered?

If your package is lost or undelivered, contact support@zayene.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Replacement items or store credit will be issued where applicable.

Returns FAQs
1. How long do I have to return an item?
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. How will I receive my refund?

All returns will be issued store credit automatically.

Store credit can be used to repurchase an alternative item or the same item in a different size.
3. Are there items that cannot be returned?

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned unless faulty.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or final sale items.
4. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Customers who receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing fault will be eligible for a refund.
5. Who covers the return shipping costs?
