At Zayene, we aim to provide you with efficient and reliable shipping services. This policy outlines all the necessary information regarding shipping, delivery times, costs, and regions we ship to.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following regions:

United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and region. 2.2. Orders shipped to the United Kingdom qualify for free shipping.
3. Delivery Times
3.1. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 7-14 business days.
3.2 Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays.
3.3 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
3.4 Order Cut-Off Time: 02:00 pm (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
4.2 Use the unique tracking code provided to monitor your package online.
4.3 Allow up to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) for tracking updates after dispatch. If you do not receive a tracking number, check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact support@zayene.com.
5. Custom Duties & Taxes on International Orders
5.1 Customers may be responsible for duties and taxes when importing products into their country.
5.2 Zayene does not collect or manage tax charges and cannot predict which orders will incur these fees.
5.3 If a parcel is unclaimed or duties/taxes are refused, it may be returned to the sender or disposed of in the receiving country. Return costs incurred will be deducted from any store credit issued. Compensation will not be provided for unclaimed or refused parcels.
6. Pre-Orders
6.1. If an in-stock item is purchased with a pre-order item, the entire order will be placed on hold and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
6.2. We recommend placing separate orders if you wish for in-stock items to be shipped immediately.
6.3. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
7. Address Accuracy
7.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
7.2. Zayene is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Undelivered or Lost Packages
8.1. If your package is lost or undelivered, please contact support@zayene.com with your order number and tracking information.
8.2. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement items or store credit will be issued where applicable.
